I grew up in Northern Maine (as in three hours north of the end/beginning of I-95 and close to the Canadian border). In this tiny corner of the world, I dreamed of what else was out there. Between a need to wander and a dislike of the cold, I landed in New Orleans in 2015. Six years later, my college boyfriend moved down, and we got married in 2022. In 2024, we welcomed a baby girl into the world. 

Between a love of travel and a desire to make the world a little better, while navigating life with a little one, I’m sharing ideas about life and what that all entails. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, dabble in crafty stuff, and spend time with family and friends.
